Allure Campers (ABN 53 672 547 901) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it.
What we collect
When you book or contact us, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your booking details, such as dates, number of guests, planned route and any notes you give us
- driver licence details at pick-up
We do not see or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- take and manage your booking and payment
- send you booking confirmations and trip information
- check drivers are eligible to drive the van
- deal with bond, damage, fines or tolls related to your hire
- reply to your questions
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with services we need to run the business:
- Stripe processes card payments.
- Google (Gmail) sends and stores our emails.
- Fly.io hosts our website and booking records on servers in Sydney.
- Authorities such as police or road agencies, if required for fines, tolls or by law.
Cookies and third parties
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The owner login uses one cookie that only our staff need. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and maps from OpenStreetMap, which means those services see your IP address when you visit.
Keeping it safe
Booking records are stored securely and are only accessible to us. We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the hire and for our tax and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing allure.campers@gmail.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
